I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with state registration, qualifying in 1990. I have specialized in Neurological Rehabilitation for the past 26 years both in hospital and community settings.

I established my Private Physiotherapy practice in 2000 and within that time it has expanded considerably. We have 5 physiotherapists working at The Clinic who are all members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

HOURS OF WORK

Initial assessment usually takes 1 hour. Further treatment sessions will usually last 1 hour depending on the patient’s need and wishes.

Frequency of sessions will be agreed following the initial assessment according to need.

REPORTS

Reports are charged at a minimum of £35 unless otherwise stated

INSURANCE

We are accepted by all major insurance company but we do ask that you make the payment and then claim back any moneys to reimburse you yourself.

FEES

Clinic Treatment £77 per hour

Home Visits from £87 per hour plus travel time
and mileage as stated below depending on location.

Return mileage 45p per mile.
Travel time is usually half the treatment cost per hour

If we, at our sole discretion, consider a particular course of treatment or the requirements of a patient to be particularly complex then we will have the right to charge for an additional payment (ex VAT).

OBLIGATIONS

Client to give 24 hours notice of any cancellation of appointments.

Less than 24 hours notice will be charged a standard cancellation fee of £76 or £56 dependent of duration of appointment

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information gathered during intervention will need to be shared, on a need to know basis and in strict compliance with the law, with other people or organizations involved in the care of clients.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment by card, cheque or cash on day of treatment.

Invoices are due for full payment within 10 days of the invoice date.
