NATURE OF SERVICES SUPPLIED

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with state registration, qualifying in 1990. I have specialized in Neurological Rehabilitation for the past 26 years both in hospital and community settings.

I established my Private Physiotherapy practice in 2000 and within that time it has expanded considerably. We have 5 physiotherapists working at The Clinic who are all members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

PLACE OF WORK

Assessment and rehabilitation usually takes place at The Clinic Hove, The Clinic Hurst or can be the client’s home.

QUALITY

All our physiotherapists are Chartered Physiotherapists with state registration. All have specialised in Neurological Rehabilitation in hospital and community settings.

I ensure that I am up to date with government policy and evidence-based practice to a very high level.

CLIENT ADMINISTRATION

Reports, Programmes and Referral Letters are charged at a standard appointment rate of £62.50.

HOURS OF WORK

Initial assessment usually takes 1 hour. Further treatment sessions will usually last 1 hour depending on the patient’s need and wishes.

Frequency of sessions will be agreed following the initial assessment according to need.

INSURANCE

We are accepted by all major insurance company but we do ask that you make the payment and then claim back any moneys to reimburse you yourself.

FEES

Clinic Treatment £82.50 per hour

Home Visits from £92.40 per hour plus travel time
and mileage as stated below depending on location.

Return mileage 45p per mile.
Travel time is usually half the treatment cost per hour.

If we, at our sole discretion, consider a particular course of treatment or the requirements of a patient to be particularly complex then we will have the right to charge for an additional payment (ex VAT).

CANCELLATIONS

Clients are requested to give 24 hours notice of any cancellation of appointments.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged as if you had attended.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information gathered during intervention will need to be shared, on a need to know basis and in strict compliance with the law, with other people or organisations involved in the care of clients.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by card or bank transfer on the day.

Invoices can be provided and will require payment in full within 7 days of the invoice date.
